Stop Chasing Recognition — Find Alignment

After twenty-plus companies, one truth remains: titles always lag behind the growth of my character.

The world will call you founder after the launch.

CEO after the traction.

Successful after the exit.

But long before any of those labels landed, you were already becoming the version of you that could conquer that dream.

Nobody saw it.

There was no title for it yet.

It was happening anyway.

Who you are becoming matters more than what you’ve already done.

Success isn’t exits. It isn’t followers. It isn’t funding rounds.

Success is evolution.

The real question was never “what can I build?” It’s “who am I becoming through what I create?”

Because the company scales when the founder does. Not the other way around.

You don’t wait to become someone and then build the thing — the building is how you become.

Reflect. Evolve.

Don’t chase recognition. Find alignment.
